OUR AIMS & SERVICES TOTAL CONTROL SOLUTIONS Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) allow you to operate plant more efficiently as well as investigate and adapt building functions to improve performance. By reducing energy consumption through integrated control of heating ventilation, air conditioning and lighting you cut operating costs. Further savings result from gaining accurate information for energy management and targeting, cost analysis and maintenance. The central supervisor computer offers a window to the BEMS with all operations and alarms being immediately visible. We have developed, installed and maintained countless building management systems. Our efforts have also been focused on the development of forward looking systems designed to meet specific building needs. Building Management System [BMS] Energy Focus:- An energy focus on BMS controlled temperature settings , operating periods and plant condition can reduce energy and costs. ATC offers BMS enhancements that will enable users to directly operate their BMS more efficiently. Alternatively a bureau service can be provided to assist organisations manage their plant through remote monitoring and alarms. Energy Monitoring and Targeting [M & T]:- The benefit of M&T is lowering costs and reduced energy pollution by identifying waste, efficiency opportunities, utility charges and bill errors. ATC can provide and support M&T software and hardware that collects energy data from invoices, manually read meters, data - loggers and BMS linked automatic meters. Critically M&T can provide meaningful information for management decisions and actions. The ATC Energy Bureau aims to provide a cost effective service that will save an organisation money, reduce utility consumption and release resources for other activities. Customised bureau services can be used for special products or to cover routine work such as data collection, bill checking, analysis and reporting required in energy M&T. Energy Audits and Good Practice Energy savings and audits can be used to create a base line and cost saving suggestions, from which energy saving targets and projects can be initiated. ATC audits can also include a review of an organisations current energy policy and practices. Energy awareness and good practice by staff can be encouraged through training, leading to further savings.
